Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Atrium — including the website, editorial content, city guides, or any related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Atrium.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who interacts with the service. Use of Atrium constitutes your acceptance of the most current version of these terms.
02
Using Atrium
You may use Atrium for personal, non-commercial travel planning and exploration. You agree not to use the service to scrape, copy, republish, or resell content without permission; to disrupt or interfere with the service; or to use it in any way that violates applicable law.
Automated access, bulk downloading, or use of bots or scrapers is not permitted. Atrium reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any misuse, at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
03
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must provide accurate information when registering. Atrium reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that contain false information, violate these terms, or remain inactive for an extended period.

Third-party links and services
Atrium may link to third-party websites, booking platforms, reservation systems, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Atrium does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms.
When you follow a link to a third-party service and make a booking, reservation, or purchase, your relationship is directly with that provider. Atrium is not a party to those transactions and accepts no liability in connection with them.
06
Disclaimers
Atrium is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content.
Travel involves inherent risk. Information about places, venues, and destinations may change. Atrium is not responsible for outdated information, venue closures, changes in pricing, or any experiences that differ from those described on the platform.
07

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atrium and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service or its content.
In no event will Atrium's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to Atrium in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
