No. Not now, not ever. Nothing in Atrium is here because someone paid for it, that is the whole point of it.

Anything Atrium can't answer itself — a place you think we've got wrong, a city you'd like us to cover, or something that needs a person. For a recommendation, ask Atrium directly: it knows the catalogue better than any inbox.

No. We tell you where to go and why; you book directly with the place. The recommendation is the hard part.

The conversation is. The judgment isn't. Atrium uses a language model to understand what you're asking and to write the reply — but it can only recommend places a person chose and scored first. It cannot invent a restaurant, and it cannot be talked into liking one.

Less than you'd expect. We don't store your conversations — when a chat ends, the words are gone. What we keep is what we learned: that you lean formal, that you usually travel as a pair, that you care more about the room than the bill. You can see all of it, and delete all of it, from your profile.

Tell us about it and we'll look. You can't pay to be included, and inclusion is never guaranteed — a place goes in when someone has been and thinks it belongs. Write and tell us what makes it worth the trip.

Tell us. Places change, and we would rather hear it from you than find out slowly. It's the most useful thing anyone writes to us about.

Write to us and we'll sort it. Sign-in links expire, and they occasionally land in spam — check there first, then tell us which email address you used.
