Editorial Introduction
Best Time to Visit
May, late June, and September. The island runs at half-temperature and the local restaurants stay open. July and August are when Ibiza is at maximum commercial pressure: rooms double, restaurants need three-week notice, and the coast roads become unmoving. The agroturismos open in April and close in October. Outside those months most of the interior shuts.
